HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to longer cover

Joining the OKI Product Lifetime Warranty programme takes just a few minutes in MyOKI portal.

Create your MyOKI account and add your printer’s model, serial number and proof of purchase within 60 days of buying it.

Add at least one original OKI toner cartridge every year, starting with the year you register your printer. Each toner serial number is verified.

Keep your warranty active

Each year you meet the requirements, your warranty is extended by another 12 months — up to the maximum for your model.

Is my warranty extended automatically when I buy an OKI printer?

No. To join the OKI Product Lifetime Warranty programme, register your eligible printer in MyOKI portal within 60 days of purchase. For the standard 3-year warranty, register within 30 days of purchase.

How do I keep my extended warranty active?

Register at least one original OKI toner cartridge in MyOKI portal every year, starting with — and including — the year you first registered the printer. Once the toner is verified, your warranty is extended for another 12 months, up to the maximum for your model.

Can I use compatible toner?

No. Only original OKI toner qualifies for the programme. Compatible cartridges don’t count, and every toner serial number is verified.

Does every OKI printer qualify for up to 7 years?

No. The programme covers selected models only. The B433, B513 and C651 can be covered for up to 7 years (or 600,000 pages); other eligible models for up to 5 years, with a page limit that depends on the model.

Which countries does the programme cover?

Printers purchased in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway and the EU. Select your country above to see your local warranty page.

Can my reseller manage my devices?

Registration must be completed by the end user, but you can opt in and choose a reseller to manage your devices.

What happens after I register?

You’ll receive confirmation that your warranty is registered, followed by reminders by email and in MyOKI portal to help you keep your cover active.

Which terms apply to the extended warranty?

The extended warranty follows the same terms and conditions as the OKI Europe Limited Pan-European Warranty and applies to new products registered from 1 September 2026.
